- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We recently stayed for three nights at the Premier Inn next door to the Ross on Wye Beefeater. Our intention was to explore eating establishments in the area but on evening one elected for the easy option of the Beefeater next door. We never went anywhere else! The food was as good as to be expected but the service was exceptional. We would like to especially mention Harry who served us each night and who, through his splendid personality, made the visit memorable for a load of good reasons, and Jonathon who remembered our name the second time we entered the place without checking his list.
